वैशम्पायन उवाच एवमुकक्‍्त्वानवेक्ष्यैनां ययौ भरतसत्तम: । समाधाय मनो धीमान्‌ धर्मात्मा पुरुषर्षभ:,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं-जनमेजय! ऐसा कहकर उसकी ओर देखे बिना ही भरतभूषण नरश्रेष्ठ बुद्धिमान्‌ धर्मात्मा युधिष्ठिर मनको एकाग्र करके आगे बढ़ गये

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: evam uktvān avekṣyaināṃ yayau bharatasattamaḥ | samādhāya mano dhīmān dharmātmā puruṣarṣabhaḥ ||

Vaiśampāyana nói: Nói vậy xong, bậc ưu tú của dòng Bharata liền đi tiếp, không ngoảnh lại nhìn nàng. Yudhiṣṭhira, người trí tuệ và tâm hồn thấm nhuần dharma, thu nhiếp tâm ý trong định tĩnh rồi bước thẳng về phía trước.
