तथैव विष्णुर्भगवान् सनातन: स चात्र देव: परिकीर्त्यते यतः । ततः स कामाल्लॉभते सुखी नरो महामुनेस्तस्य वचोडर्चितं यथा,इसमें सनातन भगवान् विष्णु (श्रीकृष्ण)-की महिमाका वर्णन किया गया है; अतः मनुष्य इसके स्वाध्यायसे सुखी होकर सम्पूर्ण मनोवांछित कामनाओंको प्राप्त कर लेता है। महामुनि व्यासदेवकी इस परम पूजित वाणीका ऐसा ही प्रभाव है
tathaiva viṣṇur bhagavān sanātanaḥ sa cātra devaḥ parikīrtyate yataḥ | tataḥ sa kāmāl lobhate sukhī naro mahāmunes tasya vaco'rcitaṃ yathā ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Cũng như vậy, đấng Tối Thượng Viṣṇu, bậc vĩnh hằng, được tôn xưng tại đây như vị thần linh. Vì thế, người nào học tụng đoạn này sẽ được an lạc và đạt thành những mục đích mình mong cầu. Đó chính là uy lực đáng tôn kính và thiêng liêng của lời dạy được phụng kính của đại hiền Vyāsa.”
