इतीव संचिन्त्य सुरबिसंघा: सम्प्रस्थिता यान्ति यथा निकेतनम् | संचिन्तयित्वा जनता विसखु- य॑थासुखं खं च महीतलं च,इस युद्धके ही विषयमें सोच-विचार करते हुए देवताओं तथा ऋषियोंके समुदाय वहाँसे प्रस्थित हो अपने-अपने स्थानको चल दिये और इसी विषयका चिन्तन करते हुए अन्य लोग भी सुखपूर्वक अन्तरिक्ष अथवा भूतलपर अपने-अपने निवासस्थानको चले गये
itīva sañcintya surabisaṅghāḥ samprasthitā yānti yathā niketanam | sañcintayitvā janatā visakhū yathāsukhaṃ khaṃ ca mahītalaṃ ca ||
Suy ngẫm như thế, đoàn hội tụ của chư thiên và các bậc hiền triết liền rời nơi ấy, ai nấy trở về chốn cư ngụ của mình. Cũng vậy, những người khác—vẫn còn trầm tư về chính cuộc chiến này—đều thong thả ra đi: kẻ theo khoảng trời rộng mở, người theo mặt đất, trở lại nơi ở riêng của mỗi người.
