त्वरितो$भिपतत्यस्मांस्त्यक्त्वा सैन्यान्यसंशयम्‌ | त्वं कर्ण प्रतियाहोनं नास्त्यन्यो हि धनुर्धर:,“इसमें संदेह नहीं कि वे सारी सेनाओंको छोड़कर बड़ी उतावलीके साथ हमलोगोंपर टूट पड़े हैं; अत: कर्ण! अब तुम भी इनका सामना करनेके लिये आगे बढ़ो, क्योंकि तुम्हारे सिवा दूसरा कोई धनुर्धर ऐसा करनेमें समर्थ नहीं है

Transliteration

tvarito 'bhipataty asmāṁs tyaktvā sainyāny asaṁśayam | tvaṁ karṇa pratiyāho naṁ nāsty anyo hi dhanurdharaḥ ||

Translation

Arjuna nói: “Không nghi ngờ gì, chàng đã bỏ mặc các đạo quân khác và đang hối hả lao thẳng vào chúng ta. Vậy nên, hỡi Karṇa, hãy tiến lên nghênh chiến—ngoài ngươi ra, không có cung thủ nào đủ sức đối mặt với chàng.”
