एते सुपरिघाकारा: पुण्यगन्धानुलेपना: । उद्यतायुधशौण्डानां पात्यन्ते सायुधा भुजा:
ete supari-ghākārāḥ puṇya-gandhānulepanāḥ | udyatāyudha-śauṇḍānāṁ pātyante sāyudhā bhujāḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: “Những cánh tay này—dày như chùy sắt, được xức thứ đàn hương thơm thiêng—của các chiến binh lão luyện đang giương vũ khí, đang bị chém đứt và rơi xuống, vẫn còn nắm chặt binh khí.”
