विभ्राजन्ति रथे कर्ण विमाने दैवते यथा । “कर्ण! देवताओंके विमान-जैसे रथपर ये ध्वज हवाके झोंके खा-खाकर कड़कड़ शब्द करते हुए शोभा पा रहे हैं
vibhrājanti rathe karṇa vimāne daivate yathā |
Sañjaya nói: “Hỡi Karṇa, trên chiến xa của ngươi, những lá cờ rực rỡ như đặt trên cỗ xa bay của chư thiên. Bị gió quất hết lần này đến lần khác, chúng phát ra những tiếng lách tách sắc lạnh, càng làm tăng vẻ uy nghi của chiến xa—một màn phô bày như điềm báo của hào quang võ trận giữa cuộc chiến đang mở ra.”
