तस्मादहं पाण्डववासुदेवौ योत्स्ये यत्नात्‌ कर्म तत्‌ पश्य मेउद्य । “अतः मैं दुर्योधनका हित, तुम्हारा प्रिय, अपने लिये यश और प्रसन्नताकी प्राप्ति तथा परमेश्वरकी प्रीतिका सम्पादन करनेके लिये पाण्डुपुत्र अर्जुन और श्रीकृष्णके साथ प्रयत्नपूर्वक युद्ध करुँगा। आज मेरे इस कर्मको तुम देखो

Transliteration

tasmād ahaṃ pāṇḍava-vāsudevau yotsye yatnāt karma tat paśya me ’dya |

Translation

Sañjaya nói: “Vì thế, hôm nay ta sẽ dốc sức giao chiến với người Pāṇḍava (Arjuna) và Vāsudeva (Kṛṣṇa). Hãy nhìn việc ta làm—một hành động được thực hiện với nỗ lực có chủ ý.”
