समुद्रमक्षमसृजन् दानवालयमुत्तमम् | सप्तर्षिमण्डलं चैव रथस्यासीत् परिष्कर:,दानवोंके उत्तम निवासस्थान समुद्रको बन्धनरज्जु बनाया। सप्तर्षियोंका समुदाय रथका परिस्कर (चक्ररक्षा आदिका साधन) बन गया
samudram akṣama-sṛjan dānavālaya-muttamam | saptarṣi-maṇḍalaṃ caiva rathasyāsīt pariṣkaraḥ ||
Duryodhana nói: “Chính đại dương được tạo thành sợi dây buộc, và cũng là nơi cư trú tối thượng của loài Dānavas. Ngay cả vòng sao của Bảy Ṛṣi (Saptarṣi-maṇḍala) cũng trở thành pariskara—những phụ kiện và khí cụ hộ vệ của chiến xa.”
