अध्याय २६ — शल्यस्य सारथ्य-नियोजनं, कर्णस्य प्रस्थानं, उत्पातदर्शनं च
Chapter 26: Śalya appointed as charioteer; Karṇa’s departure; portents
प्रतोद॑ गृह सो<न्यत्तु रश्मीनपि यथा पुरा । वाहयामास तानभश्चान् सत्यसेनरथं प्रति,तब भगवान् श्रीकृष्णने दूसरा चाबुक लेकर पूर्ववत् घोड़ोंकी बागडोर सँभाली और उन घोड़ोंको सत्यसेनके रथके समीप पहुँचा दिया
pratodaṁ gṛhya so 'nyattu raśmīn api yathā purā | vāhayāmāsa tān aśvān satyasenarathaṁ prati ||
Sañjaya nói: Cầm lấy một chiếc roi khác, Krishna lại như trước nắm chặt dây cương và thúc ngựa lao lên, đưa xe áp sát chiến xa của Satyasena.
