द्रोणविक्रमदर्शनम् / The Display of Droṇa’s Onslaught and the Debate on Pāṇḍava Regrouping
स शूर: सत्यवाक् प्राज्ञो बलवान् सत्यविक्रम: । महानुभाव: कल्पान्ते रौद्रां भीरुविभीषणाम्
sa śūraḥ satyavāk prājño balavān satyavikramaḥ | mahānubhāvaḥ kalpānte raudrāṃ bhīruvibhīṣaṇām ||
Sañjaya nói: Vị anh hùng ấy—lời nói chân thật, trí tuệ, mạnh mẽ và dũng mãnh bền gan—Droṇa, bậc đại uy lực, đã làm dâng lên trên chiến địa một dòng lũ kinh hoàng như thủy triều tận kiếp, khiến kẻ nhát gan run sợ. Ở đó, chiến tranh không còn chỉ là mưu cầu thắng lợi, mà hóa thành tai biến nuốt chửng sinh mạng không phân biệt, làm tắt lịm cả sự sáng suốt của con người.
