कि नु वक्ष्यन्ति ते क्षात्र॑ सैन्यमध्ये पराजिता: । कथं नु सात्यकिर्युद्धे व्यतिक्रान्तो महायशा:,वे सेनाके बीचमें परास्त होकर अपने क्षात्रबलका क्या वर्णन करेंगे? समरांगणमें महायशस्वी सात्यकि किस प्रकार सारी सेनाको लाँचकर आगे बढ़ गये?
ki nu vakṣyanti te kṣātra-sainyamadhye parājitāḥ | kathaṁ nu sātyakir yuddhe vyatikrānto mahāyaśāḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: “Những chiến binh ấy sẽ còn nói gì về sức mạnh kṣatriya mà họ từng khoe khoang, khi bị đánh bại ngay giữa đội ngũ của chính mình? Và giữa chiến trường dày đặc, Sātyaki lừng danh đã phá vỡ trận tuyến, cắt ngang toàn quân, rồi thúc thẳng lên trước bằng cách nào?”
