Transliteration

na droṇaḥ saha sainyena kṛtavarmā ca saṁyuge

Translation

Yudhiṣṭhira nói: “Ngay cả Droṇa, dẫu có cả đạo quân của ông ta, cũng không thể…; và Kṛtavarmā giữa vòng giao chiến cũng không thể…” (Lời nói hàm chứa một sự cân nhắc căng thẳng về đạo lý và chiến lược: ngay cả những chiến binh lừng danh cùng binh lực của họ cũng đang bị đem ra đong đếm trước tai ương của chiến tranh, nơi sức mạnh đơn thuần không thể bảo đảm một kết cục chính đáng hay thuận lợi.)
