गोवृषो गौतमस्यासीत् कृपस्य सुपरिष्कृत: । स तेन भ्राजते राजन् गोवृषेण महारथ:
govṛṣo gautamasyāsīt kṛpasya supariṣkṛtaḥ | sa tena bhrājate rājan govṛṣeṇa mahārathaḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: “Tâu Đại vương, lá cờ mang biểu tượng con bò, được trang sức lộng lẫy, vốn thuộc về Gautama, nay ở trong tay Kṛpa. Nhờ dấu hiệu con bò ấy, vị đại chiến xa bừng sáng—ngọn cờ của ông tuyên cáo dòng dõi và uy nghi võ tướng giữa cơn hỗn loạn của chiến trường.”
