Adhyāya 92: Irāvanta-śoka, punaḥ-pravṛttiḥ saṅgrāmasya
Arjuna’s grief and the battle’s renewed intensity
यद् भीमसेन: समरे पुत्रान् मम विचेतस: । अहन्यहनि संक्रुद्धो नयते यमसादनम्
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | yad bhīmasenaḥ samare putrān mama vicetasaḥ | ahany ahani saṃkruddho nayate yamasādanam ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra nói: “Vì Bhīmasena, nổi giận trong trận chiến, ngày qua ngày đưa những đứa con mất trí của ta xuống nơi ở của Yama, nên hậu quả cay đắng nay đã đến. Duryodhana ngu muội đã không nghe lời khuyên vì lợi ích của hắn—do ta, do Bhīṣma, do Vidura và do Gāndhārī nói từ trước. Thuở ấy vì mê lầm hắn chẳng hiểu lời chúng ta; và giờ đây chính sự mù quáng ấy kết trái, khi các con ta bị giết trong cuộc chiến.”
