Bhagadattā’s Deployment Against Ghaṭotkaca; Elephant-Corps Escalation
स त्वं राजन् स्थिरो भूत्वा रणे कृत्वा दृढां मतिम् । योधयस्व रणे पार्थान् स्वर्ग कृत्वा परायणम्
sa tvaṁ rājan sthiro bhūtvā raṇe kṛtvā dṛḍhāṁ matim | yodhayasva raṇe pārthān svargaṁ kṛtvā parāyaṇam ||
Vì vậy, hỡi Đại vương, hãy đứng vững. Trong trận chiến này, hãy làm cho ý chí của bệ hạ kiên cố không lay chuyển, và giao chiến với các con của Pṛthā. Hãy lấy cõi trời làm mục tiêu và nơi nương tựa tối hậu—hành động với tâm thế vững bền, không do dự.
