स्वस््रीयाभ्यां नरव्याप्रो नाकम्पत यथाचल: । प्रहसन्निव तां चापि शस्त्रवृष्टिं जघान ह

Transliteration

sa-srīyābhyāṁ naravyāpro nākampata yathācalaḥ | prahasann iva tāṁ cāpi śastravṛṣṭiṁ jaghāna ha ||

Translation

Sañjaya nói: Dẫu bị vô số mũi tên có khớp cong do các con trai của chị mình bắn tới phủ kín, Śalya—bậc nhất trong hàng trượng phu—vẫn đứng vững như núi, không rung, không chuyển. Như thể đang mỉm cười, ông đã đập tan chính cơn mưa vũ khí ấy.
