अध्याय ८० — मध्यंदिन-रणवृत्तान्तः

Yudhiṣṭhira–Śrutāyu encounter; Cekitāna–Gautama clash; Abhimanyu pressure; Arjuna’s redeployment

पुनर्युद्धाय समरे प्रययुर्भीमपार्षतौ । ततो युधिष्ठटिर: प्राह समाहूय स्वसैनिकान्‌

punar yuddhāya samare prayayur bhīmapārṣatau | tato yudhiṣṭhiraḥ prāha samāhūya svasainikān ||

Sañjaya nói: Bhīma và Pārṣata lại một lần nữa tiến vào chiến địa, quyết tâm giao chiến trở lại. Khi ấy Yudhiṣṭhira triệu tập quân sĩ của mình rồi lên tiếng với họ—báo hiệu một sự sắp đặt lại cuộc chiến theo bổn phận và chánh pháp, chứ không phải do cơn giận hay bốc đồng.
