The Tumult of Battle Described
ततः शैक्यायसी गुर्वी प्रगृह्ा महतीं गदाम् । अधावत् तावकान् योधान् दण्डपाणिरिवान्तक:
tataḥ śaikyāyasī gurvī pragṛhya mahatīṃ gadām | adhāvat tāvakān yodhān daṇḍapāṇir ivāntakaḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: Rồi Bhīmasena nắm lấy cây chùy sắt khổng lồ, nặng nề, lao thẳng vào quân sĩ của ngài. Như Yama, kẻ cầm trượng trừng phạt, chàng xông tới như sứ giả của báo ứng không thể tránh, biến chiến địa thành nơi kiêu mạn phải nhận lấy hậu quả của mình.
