Garuḍa Array and the Ardhacandra Counter-Formation
पाण्डवानामनीकानि वध्यमानानि संयुगे । श्वेतो गाड़ेयमुत्सूज्य तव पुत्रस्य वाहिनीम्,इति श्रीमहाभारते भीष्मपर्वणि भीष्मवधपर्वणि श्वेतवधे अष्टचत्वारिंशो5ध्याय: ।।
sañjaya uvāca |
pāṇḍavānām anīkāni vadhyamānāni saṃyuge |
śveto gāḍeyam utsṛjya tava putrasya vāhinīm ||
Sañjaya thưa: Giữa trận chiến dày đặc, các đội hình của quân Pāṇḍava đang bị chém giết. Họ liền tung Śveta, con của Gāḍi, xông vào quân đội của con trai ngài, rồi tiếp tục dồn ép giao tranh—khiến cảnh tàn sát và tan vỡ lan khắp đạo quân Kaurava.
