Garuḍa Array and the Ardhacandra Counter-Formation
श्वेतं सेनापतिं शूरं पुरस्कृत्य महारथा: । राज्ञो बल॑ दर्शयन्तस्तव पुत्रस्य भारत
sañjaya uvāca | śvetaṃ senāpatiṃ śūraṃ puraskṛtya mahārathāḥ | rājño balaṃ darśayantastava putrasya bhārata, jighāṃsantaṃ yudhāṃ śreṣṭha tadā āsīt tumulaṃ mahat |
Sañjaya thưa: “Tâu Đại vương, hỡi dòng Bhārata—đặt vị chỉ huy anh dũng Śveta ở mũi nhọn, các đại xa chiến binh tiến lên, phô bày sức mạnh trước mặt con trai bệ hạ. Rồi khi họ xông vào Bhīṣma—bậc nhất trong hàng chiến sĩ, kẻ đang quyết giết Śveta—một trận chiến mênh mông và náo loạn dữ dội liền bùng nổ.”
