भीष्मसेनासंनिवेशः — Bhīṣma’s Mobilization, Omens, and the Kaurava Array

एष व: शाश्वत: पन्था: पूर्व: पूर्वतरै: कृत: । सम्भावयध्वमात्मानमव्यग्रमनसो युधि,“यह तुम्हारे पूर्ववर्ती पूर्वजोंद्वारा स्वीकार किया हुआ सनातन मार्ग है। तुम सब लोग शान्तचित्त होकर युद्धमें शौर्यका परिचय देते हुए अपने-आपको सुयश और सम्मानका भागी बनाओ

eṣa vaḥ śāśvataḥ panthāḥ pūrvaḥ pūrvataraiḥ kṛtaḥ | sambhāvayadhvam ātmānam avyagramanaso yudhi ||

Sañjaya nói: “Đây là con đường vĩnh cửu của các ngươi, lối xưa do tổ tiên lập nên. Vậy nên, giữa chiến địa hãy giữ tâm không xao động, nâng giữ danh dự của chính mình—hãy tỏ bày dũng khí trong chiến trận để giành lấy tiếng thơm và sự kính trọng xứng đáng.”
