सिंहनादस्ततो घोर: पाण्डवानामभूत् तदा । तथैव तव पुत्राश्च नेदुर्भीष्मजयैषिण:,तदनन्तर पाण्डवोंकी सेनामें घोर सिंहनाद हुआ। इसी प्रकार भीष्मकी विजय चाहनेवाले आपके पुत्र भी उस समय गर्जना करने लगे
saṃjaya uvāca | siṃhanādas tato ghoraḥ pāṇḍavānām abhūt tadā | tathaiva tava putrāś ca nedur bhīṣmajayaiṣiṇaḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: Bấy giờ, từ doanh trại của quân Pāṇḍava vang lên một tiếng gầm sư tử ghê rợn. Cũng như thế, các con trai của bệ hạ—những kẻ khát khao chiến thắng của Bhīṣma—cũng cất tiếng hò reo, thét gọi trận mạc của mình.
