जग्मुस्ते परलोकाय व्यादितास्यमिवान्तकम् | वे युद्धसे पीठ न दिखानेवाले

Sañjaya nói: Những chiến binh ấy đã đi về cõi bên kia, như thể bước vào chính miệng há rộng của Tử Thần. Không hề quay lưng trong chiến trận, đầy dũng lực và mang những chiến kỳ vàng rực, họ xông đến trước Bhīṣma; rồi cùng với ngựa, chiến xa và voi trận, tất cả trở thành lữ khách trên con đường sang thế giới sau.
