(अभवत्् परमप्रीतो ज्ञात्वा पार्थस्य विक्रमम् ।) न किंचिदुक्त्वा सक्रोध आरुरोह रथं पुन: । महामना अर्जुनका यह वचन सुनकर उनके पराक्रमको जानते हुए भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण मन-ही-मन अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हुए और ऊपरसे कुछ भी न बोलकर पुनः क्रोधपूर्वक ही रथपर जा बैठे
abhavat paramaprīto jñātvā pārthasya vikramam | na kiñcid uktvā sa-krodha ārurōha rathaṃ punaḥ |
Sanjaya thưa: Biết rõ uy lực của Partha, Kṛṣṇa trong lòng vô cùng hoan hỷ. Nhưng Ngài không nói ra lời nào, lại bước lên cỗ chiến xa, bên ngoài vẫn mang dáng vẻ phẫn nộ—một cơn giận hướng vào cơn khủng hoảng của dharma nơi chiến địa, chứ không nhằm vào Arjuna.
