वज्रदत्तेन सह अर्जुनयुद्धम्
Arjuna’s engagement with Vajradatta during the Aśvamedha circuit
विक्षरन्तं महामेघं परवारणवारणम् । शास्त्रवत् कल्पितं संख्ये विवशं युद्धदुर्मदम्
vikṣarantaṁ mahāmeghaṁ paravāraṇavāraṇam | śāstravat kalpitaṁ saṅkhye vivaśaṁ yuddhadurmadam |
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Nó như một đám mây lớn trút xuống, phun nhựa động dục; là chiến tượng có thể chặn voi của phe địch. Được chuẩn bị cho trận mạc theo đúng phép tắc của binh thư, nó hoàn toàn phục tùng chủ nhân, nhưng giữa cơn cuồng nộ chiến trường thì thật đáng sợ, khó ai chống nổi.”
