Transliteration

nihatya pṛthivīpālān sahasraśatasaṅghaśaḥ

Translation

Vaiśampāyana nói: Sau khi giết các bậc quân vương trên cõi đất thành từng toán, hàng trăm hàng nghìn, (chàng/họ) lại tiến bước—một hình ảnh của chiến thắng áp đảo, đồng thời phơi bày gánh nặng đạo lý u ám của vinh quang được dựng nên bằng bạo lực sát phạt đại trà.
