भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण अपने पिता-माता आदिको महाभारतका वृत्तान्त सुना रहे हैं उपायान्तं तु वार्ष्णेयं भोजवृष्ण्यन्धकास्तथा

Vaiśampāyana nói: Khi Kṛṣṇa thuộc dòng Vṛṣṇi đang tiến đến, các bộ tộc Bhoja, Vṛṣṇi và Andhaka cũng bước ra đón—tụ hội để lắng nghe và tiếp nhận thiên truyện Mahābhārata mà Người đang thuật lại cho cha mẹ và các bậc trưởng thượng, qua đó tái khẳng định huyết thống, ký ức và dharma bằng lời kể chung.
