Uttanka’s Viśvarūpa Request and the ‘Uttanka Clouds’ Boon

The verse teaches mutual indwelling: the divine principle (here voiced by Vāyu) pervades all beings, and all beings are contained within that divine reality. It urges firm understanding and freedom from doubt, grounding ethical life in the awareness of universal connectedness.
Vāyudeva is instructing a listener in a doctrinal point about pervasion and presence—affirming that he is present in all creatures and that all creatures exist within him—emphasizing certainty and discouraging skepticism about this metaphysical truth.
