Adhyātma-Upadeśa
हस्व॑ दीर्घ कृशं स्थूलं चतुरस््र तु वृत्तवत् । एवं द्वादशविस्तारं तेजसो रूपमुच्यते
hrasvaṁ dīrghaṁ kṛśaṁ sthūlaṁ caturasraṁ tu vṛttavat | evaṁ dvādaśa-vistāraṁ tejaso rūpam ucyate ||
Vāyu nói: “Hình tướng của tejas—năng lực rực sáng—được mô tả là có mười hai cách ‘mở rộng’: có thể hiện ra ngắn hay dài, mảnh hay dày, vuông hoặc tròn. Chính nhờ những kích thước và hình dạng sai khác ấy mà bản tính của ‘tejas’ được nói đến.”
