राज्ञां हि विषये येषामवसीदन्ति साधव: । हीनास्ते स्वगुणै: सर्व: प्रेत्य चोन््मार्गगामिन:
rājñāṃ hi viṣaye yeṣām avasīdanti sādhavaḥ | hīnāste svaguṇaiḥ sarvaiḥ pretya conmārgagāminaḥ ||
Vāyu nói: “Những vị vua mà trong cõi nước của mình khiến người hiền đức phải khốn khổ thì sẽ đánh mất mọi phẩm chất xứng đáng của bậc quân vương. Và sau khi chết, họ rơi vào cảnh giới thấp hèn, vì đã lạc khỏi con đường chính.”
