Brahmā’s Instruction on Elements and Faculties
त्वग्घ्राणश्रोत्रचक्षूंषि रसना वाक् च संयता: । विशुद्धं च मनो यस्य बुद्धिश्चाव्यभिचारिणी
tvag-ghrāṇa-śrotra-cakṣūṃṣi rasanā vāk ca saṃyatāḥ | viśuddhaṃ ca mano yasya buddhis cāvyabhicāriṇī ||
Thần Vāyu nói: “Người nào chế ngự các căn—xúc (da), khứu (mũi), thính (tai), thị (mắt)—cùng với lưỡi và lời nói; tâm được thanh tịnh; trí tuệ không dao động khỏi một quyết định đã chọn—người ấy đạt đến Brahman cát tường, ngoài đó không còn gì cao hơn.”
