Mokṣa-dharma Yoga-Upadeśa: Equanimity, Sense-Restraint, and Vision of the Ātman (आत्मदर्शन-योगोपदेशः)
एतावदेव वक्तव्यं नातो भूयो5स्ति किंचन । षण्मासान् नित्ययुक्तस्य योग: पार्थ प्रवर्तते
etāvad eva vaktavyaṃ nāto bhūyo 'sti kiṃcana | ṣaṇmāsān nityayuktasya yogaḥ pārtha pravartate ||
Thần Vāyu nói: “Chỉ bấy nhiêu là đáng nói; ngoài ra không còn gì để thêm. Hỡi Pārtha, với người luôn giữ kỷ luật bền bỉ, yoga thật sự vận hành và thành tựu hiệu lực trong vòng sáu tháng.”
वायुदेव उवाच
Steady, uninterrupted discipline is emphasized: if one remains continuously engaged (nityayukta) in yogic practice, yoga becomes effective and reaches accomplishment within a defined period—here expressed as six months—highlighting perseverance over mere theory.
Vāyudeva addresses Pārtha (Arjuna) and concludes his instruction with a definitive summary, stating that nothing more needs to be said and underscoring the practical assurance that sustained practice leads to yogic success.
