धृतराष्ट्रस्य पाण्डवेषु प्रीति-वृत्तान्तः | Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Affectionate Disposition toward the Pāṇḍavas

याभ्यां दुर्योधनो नीत: क्षयं ससुतबान्धव: । 'ये मेरी दोनों भुजाएँ चन्दनसे चर्चित एवं चन्दन लगानेके ही योग्य हैं, जिनके द्वारा पुत्रों और बन्धु-बान्धवोंसहित राजा दुर्योधन नष्ट कर दिया गया”

yābhyāṃ duryodhano nītaḥ kṣayaṃ sa-suta-bāndhavaḥ |

Vaiśampāyana nói: “Chính bởi đôi cánh tay ấy—xưa kia từng ngỡ chỉ đáng được xoa hương đàn—mà vua Duryodhana bị đưa đến chỗ diệt vong, cùng với các con và toàn thể thân tộc.”
