धृतराष्ट्रस्य पाण्डवेषु प्रीति-वृत्तान्तः | Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Affectionate Disposition toward the Pāṇḍavas
अप्रकाशान्यप्रियाणि चकारास्य वृकोदर: । जआज्ञां प्रत्यहरच्चापि कृतज्ै: पुरुषै: सदा
aprakāśāny apriyāṇi ca cakārāsya vṛkodaraḥ | ājñāṃ pratyaharac cāpi kṛtajñaiḥ puruṣaiḥ sadā ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana nói: Bhīma (Vṛkodara) đã làm cho ông nhiều việc vốn nên giữ kín, khó nói ra và cũng là những việc chẳng vui gì khi phải thực hiện; lại còn bảo đảm các mệnh lệnh được thi hành đúng đắn—luôn thông qua những người trung thành, biết ơn và ghi nhớ bổn phận.
