इदं मद्वचनात् क्षत्त: कौरवं ब्रूहि पार्थिवम् । यावदिच्छति पुत्राणां श्राद्ध तावद् ददाम्यहम्
idaṁ madvacanāt kṣattaḥ kauravaṁ brūhi pārthivam | yāvad icchati putrāṇāṁ śrāddhaṁ tāvad dadāmy aham ||
Arjuna nói: “Này khṣattṛ (quan hầu cận), hãy thay ta đến thưa với vị vua Kuru. Để cử hành lễ śrāddha cho các con của ngài, ngài muốn bao nhiêu của cải, ta sẽ dâng bấy nhiêu.”
