Translation

Vaiśampāyana nói: Draupadī, Subhadrā và các phu nhân khác của nhà Pāṇḍava đều giữ một nếp hạnh như nhau, phụng sự hai mẹ chồng—Kuntī và Gāndhārī—với lòng kính trọng ngang bằng, đúng theo lễ tục. Câu kệ nêu rõ gia đạo sau chiến tranh: phụng dưỡng bậc trưởng thượng một cách kỷ luật, không thiên lệch, để giữ hòa khí giữa tang thương và đổi dời.
