Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
(४230५ 4७६ 2“ ५. यदि वो«नुग्रहकृता बुद्धिर्मा प्रति सत्तमा: । प्रत्रूत पावनं कि मे भवेदिति तपोधना:
Bhīṣma uvāca: yadi vo 'nugrahakṛtā buddhir mā prati sattamāḥ | brūta pāvanaṁ kiṁ me bhaved iti tapodhanāḥ ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Hỡi các bậc thiện đức tối thượng, nếu quả thật các ngài muốn ban ân cho ta, thì xin hãy nói cho ta—hỡi những bậc giàu công phu khổ hạnh—điều gì sẽ là phương tiện thanh tịnh cho ta?”
