Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
पावन सर्वभूतानां तेजोद्युतिविवर्धनम् । विपाप्मा च स तेजस्वी तेन क्रतुफलेन च
pāvanaṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ tejodyutivivardhanam | vipāpmā ca sa tejasvī tena kratuphalena ca ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Công đức ấy thanh tẩy mọi loài và làm tăng thêm quang huy, rực sáng. Nhờ quả báo của tế lễ ấy, người ấy trở nên vô tội lỗi và được ban cho uy quang tinh thần.”
