Merit and Destinations from the Gift of Cows
स्वकर्मनिरतानां च शूराणां चापि कि फलम् । शौचे च कि फल प्रोक्त ब्रह्मचर्यें च कि फलम्
svakarmaniratānāṁ ca śūrāṇāṁ cāpi ki phalam | śauce ca ki phalaṁ proktaṁ brahmacaryeṁ ca ki phalam ||
Yudhiṣṭhira hỏi: “Người anh hùng kiên định trong bổn phận được định cho mình (svadharma) được nói là nhận phần thưởng gì? Và quả báo nào được tuyên dạy cho sự thanh tịnh, trong sạch (śauca)? Quả báo nào cho việc giữ brahmacarya—tiết dục và tự chế như người học đạo?”
