Nṛga-upākhyāna: Brāhmaṇa-sva and the Consequence of Misappropriated Gift-Cattle (कृकलास-रूपे नृगोपाख्यानम्)
यांतां ब्रह्मर्षय: सिद्धा: प्रार्थयन्ति परां गतिम् । भारत! ये गौएँ चन्द्रमाके साथ उस ब्रह्मलोकमें निवास करती हैं, जो परमगतिरूप है और जिसे सिद्ध ब्रह्मर्षि भी प्राप्त करनेकी इच्छा रखते हैं
yāntāṃ brahmarṣayaḥ siddhāḥ prārthayanti parāṃ gatim |
Bhīṣma nói: “Hỡi Bhārata! Những con bò ấy cư ngụ trong Brahmaloka cùng với mặt trăng—cõi Brahma là cảnh giới tối thượng—mà ngay cả các brahmarṣi đã viên mãn (siddha) cũng hằng khao khát đạt tới. Về phía đích đến ấy, họ tiến bước.”
भीष्म उवाच
