दत्त्वा यथोक्तं विप्रेभ्यो वृत्तिमिष्टां स विन्दति । नरकादींश्व॒ संक्लेशान्‌ नाप्रोतीति विनिश्चय:

dattvā yathoktaṃ viprebhyo vṛttim iṣṭāṃ sa vindati | narakādīṃś ca saṃkleśān nāprāpnotīti viniścayaḥ ||

Nārada nói: “Khi một người bố thí cho các Bà-la-môn phần sinh kế (vṛtti) đúng như đã được quy định, người ấy đạt được phúc lợi và sự nuôi sống như ý. Đây là kết luận đã được xác lập: người ấy không sa vào những khổ hình bắt đầu từ địa ngục.”
