इति श्रीमहाभारते अनुशासनपर्वणि दानधर्मपर्वणि आरामतडागवर्णनं नाम अष्टपज्चाशत्तमो<5ध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate anuśāsanaparvaṇi dānadharmaparvaṇi ārāma-taḍāga-varṇanaṃ nāma aṣṭapañcāśattamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

Như vậy, trong Thánh sử Mahābhārata, thuộc Anuśāsana Parva, trong phần nói về dharma của bố thí, chương thứ năm mươi tám mang nhan đề “Miêu tả vườn tược và ao hồ” đã kết thúc. (Lời thuyết giảng của Bhīṣma còn tiếp tục như một giáo huấn về công đức của những việc thiện ích cho công chúng—dựng nên lâm viên an nghỉ và hồ chứa nước vì lợi lạc của mọi loài.)
