Adhyāya 60: Dāna vs. Yajña—Royal Giving, Protection, and Karmic Share
पुरुषप्रवर! तब शक्तिशाली राजा युधिष्ठिरने पाण्डवोंसे कहा--“वीरमार्गके विषयमें पितामहका जो कथन है, उसीमें तुम सब लोगोंकी रुचि होनी चाहिये' ।।
tatas tu pāṇḍavāḥ sarve draupadī ca yaśasvinī | yudhiṣṭhirasya tad vākyaṃ bāḍham ity abhipūjayan ||
Hỡi bậc trượng phu ưu việt! Vua Yudhiṣṭhira đầy uy lực nói với các Pāṇḍava: “Về con đường của bậc chiến sĩ, chính lời Tổ phụ (Bhīṣma) đã dạy ấy phải là điều các ngươi đều ưa thuận.” Rồi tất cả các Pāṇḍava cùng nàng Draupadī lẫy lừng đều kính trọng lời của Yudhiṣṭhira, đáp: “Phải lắm, đúng như vậy.”
