Dāna-Śreṣṭhatā: Abhaya, Anugraha, and the Ethics of Honoring the Worthy (दानश्रेष्ठता: अभय-अनुग्रह-विप्रपूजा)

अविशड्को नरपते प्रीतो5हं चापि तेन ह । नरेन्द्र! इसके बाद मैं रथपर आरूढ़ होकर बोला

aviśaṅko narapate prīto 'haṃ cāpi tena ha | narendra! tataḥ paraṃ rathopasthaṃ samāruhya bravīmi—tvam strīsahita āgatya mama rathaṃ kṛṣva | nareśvara! etad api karma tvayā niḥśaṅkena paripūrṇam; tasmād api 'haṃ tvayi bahu saṃtuṣṭaḥ ||

Chyavana nói: “Hỡi đại vương, ngài đã hành động không chút do dự, và ta cũng hài lòng vì điều ấy. Rồi ta lên xe, bảo: ‘Hãy đến đây cùng với hoàng hậu và kéo xe của ta.’ Hỡi bậc chúa tể loài người, ngài lại hoàn thành việc này không nghi hoặc, không sợ hãi. Vì thế nữa, ta càng hết sức mãn nguyện về ngài.”
