भीष्म उवाच महर्षेरवचनं श्रुत्वा नहुषो दुःखकर्शित: । स चिन्तयामास तदा सहामात्यपुरोहित:

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca mahārṣer vacanaṃ śrutvā nahuṣo duḥkhakarśitaḥ | sa cintayāmāsa tadā sahāmātya-purohitaḥ ||

Translation

Bhishma nói: “Này Yudhishthira! Nghe lời của bậc đại hiền, vua Nahusha—bị nỗi sầu khổ bào mòn—liền trở nên vô cùng đau đớn. Rồi nhà vua cùng các đại thần và vị tư tế của hoàng tộc bắt đầu bàn định xem phải làm gì.”
