Cyavana’s Water-Vow and the Ethics of Cohabitation (स्नेह-सम्वास-धर्मः)

वक्षित्तु संशयो मे5स्ति तन्मे ब्रूहि पितामह । जाते5स्मिन्‌ संशये राजन्‌ नान्यं पृच्छेम कंचन

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca |

vakṣituṁ saṁśayo me 'sti tan me brūhi pitāmaha |

jāte 'smin saṁśaye rājan nānyaṁ pṛcchema kañcana ||

Yudhiṣṭhira thưa: “Con có một điều nghi muốn bày tỏ; xin người cho con lời giải, bạch Tổ phụ. Nay khi mối nghi này đã khởi lên, tâu Đại vương, con sẽ không hỏi bất kỳ ai khác về nó.”
