Transliteration

navanīlotpalāpīḍacāruvarṇa sudarśana | dāḍimāśokapuṣpākṣa mā trasasvābhayaṃ tava ||

Translation

Bhīṣma nói: “Hỡi kẻ tuấn tú, sắc vóc đẹp như vòng hoa sen xanh mới nở, thật đáng chiêm ngưỡng; hỡi người có đôi mắt đỏ như hoa lựu và hoa aśoka—đừng sợ. Ta ban cho ngươi sự vô úy.”
