भैक्ष्यचर्यासु निरता: कृशा गुरुकुलाश्रया: । निः:सुखा निर्धना ये तु तान्‌ नमस्यामि यादव

Transliteration

bhaikṣyacaryāsu niratāḥ kṛśā gurukulāśrayāḥ | niḥsukhā nirdhanā ye tu tān namasyāmi yādava yadukulabhūṣaṇa ||

Translation

Nārada nói: “Hỡi Yādava, vẻ rạng ngời của dòng Yadu! Ta đảnh lễ những người nương trú nơi gia thất của bậc thầy (gurukula), chuyên cần kỷ luật sống bằng khất thực; thân thể gầy mòn vì khổ hạnh; và không hề bận lòng về của cải hay tiện nghi thế tục.”
