Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
पाण्डवास्तुष्टवुः सर्वे प्रणेमुश्न मुहुर्मुहुः । उन महाभाग मुनियोंके अदृश्य हो जानेपर भी समस्त पाण्डव बारंबार उनकी स्तुति और उन्हें प्रणाम करते रहे ।। १३ $ ।। प्रसन्नमनस: सर्वे गाज़ेयं कुरुसत्तमम्
Vaiśampāyana uvāca | Pāṇḍavās tuṣṭuvuḥ sarve praṇemuś ca muhur muhuḥ | Teṣāṃ mahābhāga-munīnāṃ adṛśya-bhāve 'pi sarve Pāṇḍavāḥ punaḥ punaḥ stutiṃ cakruḥ praṇāmaṃ ca ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Tất cả các Pāṇḍava, lòng đầy kính ngưỡng, đã không ngớt ca tụng các bậc hiền thánh đại tâm ấy và cúi lạy hết lần này đến lần khác. Dẫu các ẩn sĩ lẫy lừng đã khuất khỏi tầm mắt, các Pāṇḍava vẫn tiếp tục đảnh lễ—cho thấy sự tôn kính chân thật không tùy thuộc vào sự hiện diện hữu hình, mà ở lòng tri ân bền chặt và đức khiêm cung theo dharma.
