रुद्र-स्तवराजः (Rudra-Stavarāja) — Exempla of Śiva’s Boons and the Hymn’s Phalaśruti
जन्मकोटिसहस्रेषु नानासंसारयोनिषु । जन्तोर्विगतपापस्य भवे भक्ति: प्रजायते
janmakoṭisahasreṣu nānāsaṃsārayoniṣu | jantor vigatapāpasya bhave bhaktiḥ prajāyate ||
Vāyu nói: “Trải qua hàng ngàn triệu kiếp sinh, lang thang trong muôn loại thai tạng và cảnh giới của luân hồi thế tục, khi một hữu tình trở nên hoàn toàn sạch hết tội lỗi, thì lòng sùng kính đối với Thần Śiva liền khởi lên trong chính hữu tình ấy.”
